7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Akiss Beauty offers a 15-Day Easy Return for eligible orders involving an item that arrives damaged or defective, or when an incorrect item is received.

For an approved claim, customers may choose between an exchange or refund, and Akiss Beauty will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not offered for change of mind or personal preference under our store policy, subject always to rights provided by applicable law.

Improper installation, excessive heat, chemical processing, bleaching, coloring, misuse or improper maintenance may affect the appearance and lifespan of human hair products.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Akiss Beauty name, logo, branding, website text, graphics and original content created for Akiss Beauty are owned by or licensed to Akiss Beauty.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Our website may use third-party providers for services such as ecommerce functionality, payments, shipping and other business operations.
