How long does processing take?
Processing times vary depending on the product and level of customization:
- Natural Color: approximately 3–7 business days
- Colored Wigs: approximately 7–12 business days
- Custom Colors: approximately 15–17 business days
Processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include weekends or public holidays.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders begin processing after they are placed. If you notice an error with your order or shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@akissbeauty.com. We will do our best to assist when possible, depending on the status of your order.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 4–7 business days with express shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Akiss Beauty ships to customers in Canada, the United States, and international destinations. Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country's regulations. When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your wigs and bundles 100% human hair?
Yes. Akiss Beauty offers 100% human hair wigs and hair extensions, carefully selected with a focus on softness, natural appearance, and overall quality.
Are your wigs beginner-friendly?
Yes. Many of our wigs are designed for easy, beginner-friendly wear, including glueless options that do not require adhesive. Features may vary by product, so we recommend checking the individual product page for complete details.
Is the lace HD?
We offer both HD Lace and Transparent Lace, depending on the product. Please refer to the individual product page for the specific lace type and construction.
Can the hair be styled with heat tools?
Yes. Our human hair can be straightened, curled, and heat styled. We recommend using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to help maintain the quality of the hair.
Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. Our human hair can generally be colored, toned, or bleached. Because chemical processing can affect the condition and longevity of the hair, we recommend having major color transformations performed by an experienced professional.
Do you offer custom colors?

Choosing the Right Wig
How do I choose the right length?
Choose your length based on your desired look and personal preference. Keep in mind that curly and wavy textures may appear shorter than straight hair at the same measured length.
How do I choose the right texture?
Choose a texture that complements your preferred look and styling routine. Straight textures offer a sleek finish, wavy textures provide movement and volume, while curly textures create more definition and fullness.
Wig Fit Guide — How to Measure Your Head
Getting the right fit makes a difference in both comfort and confidence. We recommend measuring your head before selecting your wig cap size.
Step 1 — Gather what you need
Use a soft fabric measuring tape. If you do not have one, you can use a piece of string and measure it afterward with a ruler.
Step 2 — Measure your head circumference
Place the measuring tape at your natural hairline at the center of your forehead. Wrap it around your head, above your ears and around the nape, returning to your starting point. Keep the tape snug, but not tight, and record your measurement in inches.
Step 3 — Choose your cap size
Our available cap sizes may include:
Small/Medium Adjustable: approximately 20–22.5"
Large: approximately 23–24"

Important note: Wig fit can vary depending on individual head shape as well as circumference. We recommend measuring carefully before selecting your size.
Wig Care
How should I take care of my wig or bundles?
Proper care helps preserve the softness, appearance, and longevity of your hair. Gently detangle before washing, use products suitable for human hair, avoid excessive heat and heavy product buildup, and allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.

Medical Wigs
Do you offer wigs for medical use?
Akiss Beauty offers natural-looking human hair wigs that may also be suitable for women experiencing hair loss. For added comfort and ease, glueless options may be a convenient choice as they do not require adhesive.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or selection of the wrong length, color, texture, style, or cap size.
Our 15-Day Easy Return applies to eligible orders when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when an incorrect item is received.

Can I return a wig after cutting the lace?
Eligible return items must remain in their original condition. Wigs that have been worn, installed, washed, altered, or have had the lace cut are not eligible for return.
Can I return bundles if I opened them?
Eligible bundles must remain in their original condition, attached and unopened.
Who pays for return shipping?
For an approved eligible return, Akiss Beauty provides a prepaid return shipping label and covers the return shipping cost.
