Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days if the item remains in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered.
Can I return a wig after cutting the lace?
No. Once the lace is cut, the wig cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Can I return bundles if I opened them?
Bundles must remain attached and unopened to be eligible for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
