Return & Refund Policy – Akiss Beauty

 

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached and proof of purchase.

For wigs, the lace must remain uncut. The hair must not be washed, styled, brushed, installed, or altered in any way. No styling products should be applied. Wigs may be tried on briefly for fit and appearance, but they must remain in their original condition.

For hair bundles, the bundles must remain intact, attached, and unopened. Bundles must not be untied, separated, washed, brushed, installed, or altered. Returns will not be accepted if the bundles have been detached or used.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@akissbeauty.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to personal preference, such as the length, style, or texture, you may request a return or an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered. Bundles must remain attached and unopened. Once approved, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item of equal value. We recommend inspecting your item carefully before cutting the lace or making any alterations.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for wigs with cut lace, wigs that have been worn, washed, styled, brushed, or installed, bundles that have been untied, separated, washed, brushed, or installed, custom or personalized products, or clearance and final sale items.

We currently do not process direct exchanges automatically. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original product if approved, and then place a new order.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must remain unworn, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@akissbeauty.com.

Because our products are personal-use hair items, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, product use, installation, or any handling that affects hygiene or resale quality.
